Tim Ceschin joined the firm in 2013 as the Director of the Financial Management & Support. Tim’s portfolio includes IFAS’ Civil and Intel/Security markets. He has over 20 years of DoD, Intelligence Community (IC) and Management Consulting experience. He was appointed as the Vice President, Operations in 2015, guiding the Headquarters functions, including Contracting, Proposals and Human Resources, in support of IFAS Employees nationwide. Additionally, he supports business development activities and he is the Quality Manager for the IFAS ISO 9001:2015 certified quality program. He brings extensive experience in Federal Government budget and financial management processes, having provided direct support to multiple Federal agencies and has earned his Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification. He has proven experience in client service and delivery, program management, team leadership, and policy development.
Tim joined the firm after spending the previous 10 years with Booz Allen Hamilton where he was an IC Market team leader delivering finance and resource management support to multiple IC agencies. Tim spent 7 years in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer and Helicopter pilot. His education includes a BS in Business Administration from Iowa State University and an MBA from George Mason University.
