Mark Rados has more than 35 years of experience specializing in financial planning, business management, and accounting. He has extensive experience in the installation and operation of various accounting systems such as DELTEK, SYMPAQ, and PROCAS and has directed the development, implementation, operation, maintenance, and control of essential business, information, and operations support systems.

Mr. Rados previously served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at DIGITALiBiz, Inc. (iBiz) from February 2009 through August 2021. His responsibilities included accounting operations, contracts/subcontracts and procurement, human resource management, financial and management reporting, capital and lease planning, and indirect expense and rate management. He managed audits interfacing with DCAA on contractor accounting systems, the acceptance of provisional indirect billing rates, and incurred cost audits.

Prior to joining iBiz, Mr. Rados served as CFO and Chief Compliance Officer providing financial, operational, and compliance support to a Global Macro hedge fund manager of two Master-Feeder structures and multiple managed accounts valued at $720 million. He successfully developed policies and implemented new reconciliation tools to verify financial reporting from independent fund accountants and track capital activity. As Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. Rados effectively registered, complied, and de-registered with the SEC and as an Investment Advisor he successfully passed the National Futures Association audit and received Amber Certification.

Mr. Rados worked with several Government contractors from 1986 until 2006. As CFO and part of executive management, he implemented and sustained financial departments, formulated and projected indirect rates through detailed forecasts, established relationships with banks and CPA firms, and provided the financial management required to ensure a sound financial base for operations.

Mr. Rados holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Maryland.
