Kenneth Chambers is a proven growth leader with over 20 years of experience within the public sector. His experience traverses small, mid, and large businesses where he has led teams in developing and implementing effective growth strategies, captured new business, and helped clients meet their mission. In his new role as the Chief Growth Officer at IFAS, he will translate the company’s vision into a growth strategy that aligns with IFAS’s strengths and accelerates expansion into markets.
Mr. Chambers recently served as the Vice President for Growth at ITC where he led strategic business development activities for identifying and capturing new business. An emerging mid-tier Federal IT integrator, Mr. Chambers was integral to scaling the growth organization and implementing an effective plan to successfully transition ITC into the mid-size market.
Prior to joining ITC, Kenneth served as Director of Business Development at Seventh Sense Consulting. In this role, Mr. Chambers helped establish a robust growth organization, led expansion into new Defense markets, and guided SSC’s successful transition into the mid-tier Federal Contracting market.
Mr. Chambers has also held numerous senior-level roles leading Business Development and Operational Delivery in the service of National Defense, Homeland Security, and Law Enforcement at previous firms such as MBC, RGS Associates, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
He holds a B.S. in Marketing and Logistics, as well as an MBA from the University of Maryland, and is certified in Lean Six Sigma. Mr. Chambers is also an active member of the ACT-IAC Fellows community.
