At IFAS, we have established three Centers of Excellence to ensure our training, policies and procedures, and implementation approach are consistent with our quality standards across various client environments. Each Center of Excellence (COE) is comprised of highly skilled and relevant subject matter experts who collaborate and consult with one another to ensure our clients get the best possible solutions through cross-pollination, technology and tool sharing, research and analysis, and lessons learn discussions.
Our Centers of Excellence are designed to allow access to knowledge and optimize how work gets done across four primary service areas:
This COE facilitates a disciplined and accountable approach among stakeholders and/or subject matter experts to help our clients define and understand programmatic, technical, and cost baselines at all stages of the program life cycle.
This COE leverages a concentration of accounting and auditing knowledge and resources to provide practical and efficient solutions to financial risks and challenges that our government clients face every day. We support clients in preparing for and ultimately obtaining a clean audit opinion.
This COE supports the design, development, and implementation of technical and operational analysis, planning and performance measurement services, testing, and configuration management.
This COE provides a knowledge repository for related practice areas including cradle-to-grave full life cycle acquisition management support, unliquidated obligation (ULO) reduction and funds recovery support, and acquisition assessment services. Additionally, the SMEs provide solid and proven acquisition planning. Our team assists our clients with developing programs and program milestones for large acquisition requirements.
